Recovery After Training

Anyone who trains regularly knows how important it is to properly recover after an intense workout. Without adequate recovery, the risk of injury increases, and fatigue can hinder further progress. 1. Post-Workout Massage

Massage is one of the best ways to relax muscles and accelerate recovery. Our specialized post-workout massages help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and aid in the elimination of lactic acid from the muscles. We recommend:

  • Sports Massage: Focuses on deep muscle relaxation, improving flexibility, and reducing tension.
  • Aromatherapy Massage: Uses essential oils that further help with relaxation and muscle recovery.

2. Using Saunas for Detoxification and Relaxation

After a workout, saunas are an excellent way to detoxify the body and accelerate the recovery process. We recommend the following order of using the saunas:

  • Infrared Sauna: With temperatures between 25°C and 40°C, it helps with deep detoxification and reducing muscle pain.
  • Finnish Sauna: With temperatures between 90°C and 110°C, it helps with detoxification and improving circulation. Stay for 10-15 minutes, then cool off in the pool or under a cold shower.
  • Steam Bath: With temperatures between 43°C and 46°C and high humidity, the steam bath is extremely effective for relaxing muscles and hydrating the skin.

3. Hydrotherapy for Refreshment and Revitalization

4. Tepidariums and Salt Room for Additional Relaxation

  • Tepidariums: Anatomical stone loungers that provide deep relaxation and improved circulation. We recommend staying for 20-30 minutes.
  • Salt Room: A 40-minute stay in the salt room is equivalent to three days spent by the sea. The air enriched with fine salt particles positively affects the respiratory system and helps with recovery.
