Passive stretching (Crowne Plaza)

Passive stretching is a technique in which you are relaxed and make no contribution to the range of motion, Instead, an outside agent creates force, either manually or mechanically.

It is a type of stretching in which you stay in one position for a set time. You’re able to relax your body while your fitness trainer intensifies the stretch by putting external pressure on your body. This type of stretching achieves a higher level of flexibility, mobility, eliminates unwanted pain and reduces the risk of injuries!
