Developed for older teens and adults, our program gives adult swimmers at every level the opportunity to improve their skills in a safe environment. Whether that’s learning to swim for the first time, training for an event by taking intensive swimming lessons, or improving your technique.

  • Purchased fitness training must be used no later than 1 month from the day of purchase.
